Ice Skating

Today, Room 9 had a turn at Ice Skating on the portable rink in the hall. 

Before we went we felt;

"Scared" said Tillie and Adam

"Excited" said Emily and Kealan

"Happy" said Chloe and Kay 

"Nervous" said Reuben and Lucy

"Brave" said Dewouh and Riley

Before we could skate we had to learn how to put the skates on. 

We had some big kids to help us with skates, helmets and gloves. 

They also helped us on the ice while we learnt to get up safely, balance and walk like penguins. 

We grooved to some cool music while skating. 

We were proud of Bree for showing Commitment today and staying on the ice. 

We had a great time Ice Skating today!!
