Thinking about ANZAC day in Room 9.

This week in Room 9, we are thinking about ANZAC Day.

We have read a powerful story called Anzac Ted written by Belinda Landsberry. 

We decided that Anzac Ted was a hero and sometimes heroes get a medal, so we designed him one.

We are making our own poppies  by ripping and gluing paper. 

                 

We also cut and glued together our own poppy wreath. 

 

We put our poppies and our writing together on our Remembrance Wall.
